Trust in the Midst of Illness

OK here is where we get real… In the Midst of Illness we trust.

I find it easier to look at life here as a place we pass through. We will have a place that is better then our life on earth could ever be.

The example of Tony Snow was a good example of a Christian man who accepted his fate and understood that God was a great and loving Father that promises much more then this life can provide.

He said, that we have this time – the interval between now and when we make our maker it is our choice what we do with our time here. He went on to say, that God goes off road. I like that. Life is full of challenges and bumps, but we come closer to God when we are in those slumps or the wilderness.

What sustains us is the deep deep love of God. Take heart – God doesn’t just control the world he loves it.

Amen.

Matthew 10:29-31

29 Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care.[a] 30 And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows..
